Enduring Power
of Attorney
When a business owner or a parent is alive but lack the mental capacity to look after themselves or their family, it means trouble in that (a) finances that are needed are not immediately available; (b) application has to be made to a court for a person to be appointed before his/her finances can be dealt with, which can be time and costs consuming. All these can be saved by an Enduring Power of Attorney.
